Overcoming Anger and Emotional Eating

Trying to suppress anger often causes stress. Denying the cause of anger creates a downward spiral of increasing negativity and more emotional eating.

Everyone gets angry and, consciously or not, must answer these two questions. How will the feeling be handled? What behavior will be chosen to express it? Past associations with anger can set up a major roadblock to making conscious decisions regarding these two questions. However, it is necessary to end the negative cycles.
